4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1 Right of Withdrawal

In principle, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

4.2 Waiver of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Since our guides are digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium and is individually generated on-demand for you, according to Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal is excluded if you, as a consumer, have expressly agreed that we may begin the performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the performance has begun. By placing your order and making payment, you agree to immediate execution and thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

4.3 Legal Basis

This provision complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m), which excludes the right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the consumer has consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
